Move a little, Bend a little,

Shake a little, Stretch a little, 

Pull a little,Push a little ,

This little ,motion of the body 

Sets rolling  smooth movements .

allows you to test the waters,

to choose the timings .

Daily 6 sessions 

Miss one take another, no restrictions. 


Day 1,2,3,4….something is happening,   

start to feel good,

start becoming aware of yourself,

 a different face stares back  from  the mirror,

Yeah a better version of yourself .


Now,You think of continuing it,

Not because someone said so,

But, because you felt ,

it was doing good ,

after your trying it out.
